A unique theme is given priority each year. The focus of the World Health Day 2020 is to support nurses and midwives. This concept emphasizes the important function performed by nurses and other health professionals. Every year, World Health Day encourages healthy living.

On average, people live longer in the country. However, other individuals achieve so with injuries or serious illnesses, such as lung failure, obesity, and diabetes.
Middle-aged people who adopt a balanced lifestyle will add up to 10 extra disease-free years to their lives, according to a study from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the US.

According to a report released in The BMJ, a healthy diet, regular exercise, healthy body weight, moderate drinking, and no tobacco in the middle ages will allow people to live longer.

You’re expected 8 to 10 glasses of water to drink every day. Even consider swapping sugary beverages with herbal teas, lemonade or detox juice.
