Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the 2020 International Bharati Festival by video conferencing on Friday 11 December, which the Prime Minister’s Office announced on Thursday.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the International Bharati Festival on 11 December 2020 at 4:30 p.m. via video conferencing. The festival is being organised in virtual mode this year and will be attended by several national and international poets and artists,’ said the PMO.

The festival is being organised by the Vanavil Cultural Centre to celebrate the 138th anniversary of the birth of Mahakavi Subramanya Bharati, a Tamil poet, and writer.
