On Thursday, the AAP government told the Delhi high court that it has decided not to impose a night curfew in Delhi as of now, after assessing the current situation in the capital of Covid-19.
A high court bench consisting of Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Subramonium Prasad asked the government last Thursday to send its response without delay to the imposition of a night curfew. At the time the government told the court that there was no decision on the night curfew, but it was “active consideration.”
