Holi 2021 came to a close after two days of festivities on March 28 and 29 this year. On Monday, social media was flooded with vibrant images of people celebrating Holi with a bang. Despite the fact that COVID-19 was restricted this year, people made the most of the occasion by celebrating it with their families. Our Bollywood celebrities, like everyone else, posted photos from their Holi celebrations. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was one of them, celebrating the festival at her home ‘Prateeksha’ with her actor-husband Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya. Their respective social media accounts were updated with photos from their private celebration.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took to Instagram to share images from the Holika Dahan ceremony as well as her Holi greetings. The photograph was taken in their lawn and revealed not only their home but also Aradhya, who was dressed in pink. A blue hairband with flowers was seen on the little girl.
The actress captioned the photo, “Happiness, peace, good health, and lots of love always Happy Holi.” The photo drew the attention of her fans, who asked her to show her face as well. “Aishwarya, where’s ur face? We miss ur beauty,” many people wrote. “We need to see your face, not your face on fire, but in any case Happy Holi,” “Happy Holi Aradhya… and to your mommy dearest as well… we now clearly know that u handle this account.”

Meanwhile, Abhishek wished fans on Monday by posting a throwback photo of ‘his girls.’ He wrote, “A throwback to simpler and more carefree times.
Everyone should have a Happy Holi. Please celebrate this most beautiful festival from the safety of your own homes. The number of Covid-19 cases is increasing, and we must maintain our discipline. Stay at home, eat gujjias, accept your parents’ blessings, and take care of your family. #MyGirls”

Big B, too, wished his fans a Happy Holi on social media. He shared a black-and-white photo of himself with his wife, Jaya, and son, Abhishek. “Rang barse bheege chunar wali rang barse…HOLI HAI,” he wrote.

Abhishek is getting ready to release his next film, The Big Bull, on the professional front. On April 8, the film will be released on Disney Plus Hotstar, an OTT platform.
