LONDON — Meghan Markle disclosed that during the summer of July, she experienced a miscarriage.
The Duchess of Sussex accepted that she miscarried in July and Writing for the New York Times “as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second.”
The 39-year-old duchess, who wed Prince Harry of Britain, Duke of Sussex, in May 2018, commented that the day of her miscarriage had started like any other, a morning full of everyday moments: breakfast, feeding the dogs, and puttering around the family home.
Then she felt a sharp cramp” when she changed the diaper of her 1st son, causing her to fall down to the floor with him in her arms, she stated. Archie Harrison was born in May 2019 and is seventh on the British throne.
Meghan mentions that she is lying in a hospital bed, clutching Prince Harry’s husband’s hand as they both cried.
Meghan, 39, said she was trying to imagine how they would recover after experiencing such a tragedy at that instant.
Meghan, an American actress and TV host of the legal drama Suits, married Harry, the grandson of Queen Elizabeth II, at a lavish wedding at Windsor Castle in May 2018. And next year in 2019, their son Archie Harrison was born in May.
Earlier this year the pair declared that they had left royal duties and moved to North America, ignoring what they said was the insurmountable intrusions and racial views of the British media. They’ve just purchased a house in Santa Barbara, California.
