As she completed another year around the sun, Athiya Shetty celebrated her 28th birthday on Thursday. The actress and model was overwhelmed with social media wishes and one of the sweetest birthday wishes came from KL Rahul, her alleged boyfriend and Indian cricketer. As he captioned their photo, “Happy Birthday Crazy Boy,” Rahul wished Athiya to share a sun-kissed selfie.
The cricketer also dug into the archives and exchanged a childhood picture of Athiya that described his caption perfectly. KL Rahul cracked us as he wrote, “I want cake,” sharing the black and white photo on his Instagram Post. It looks like the duo is spending time together in the UAE as Athiya also celebrated the day with KL Rahul. Soon after he shared a picture of Athiya ‘s childhood, KL shared a picture of her cake with the birthday girl.
In the picture, as she holds the cake in her hands and pretends to bite into it, Athiya can be seen posing for the camera. “As he captioned it, the cricketer cracked us up,” I think she’s happy.

Athiya also shared an adorable picture with KL Rahul earlier this year and called him “my person” while wishing him on Instagram. The picture and its title certainly took social media by storm with a frenzy generated by their fans.
