The participation of the audience was one driving factor for the show. Due to the pandemic, there is currently no live audience. Films are not released too, so Bollywood actors are not coming to the show for any promotion of film. So, when things get back to normal, the manufacturers felt it would be ideal to take a break right now and return. Ginni, the wife of Kapil Sharma, expects their second child and the break would be ideal for him to stay at home and focus on giving the family quality time.
